Konzilo is an editorial calendar tool that helps marketers and communicators stay in control of what their organizations publish on websites, in social media and in other channels. Unlike other tools, Konzilo shows all published and scheduled content in an-easy-to-grasp manner on a single timeline.
To create a new post, double click on the timeline. Choose one or more channels, and write your post. If you paste a link to a web page, a preview is shown. Add an image by drag and drop. Hit the save button. The post goes live when it’s time. It can’t be easier.
Move a scheduled post by dragging it on the timeline. Posts that have been created at the same time, for example a WordPress post’s promotion in social media, are automatically moved along. They form a group. You can add and remove posts from the group at any time. You can also create groups on the fly by selecting the posts you want to be included.
Schedule WordPress posts and posts on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Then lean back and let Konzilo automatically manage the publication. Shortly after, you can ask Konzilo to send you a reminder before publication, so you can monitor how the content is received.
Do you want to focus on posts that are yours; that belong to a particular campaign or theme, are of a certain type or for a particular channel, contain a particular word or phrase, meet a specific goal for the number of reactions, comments or shares, or a combination of these? Just pull down the filter panel from the top of the window and enter your desired criteria. You will only see what you ask for.
Tag your posts with labels to categorize them by theme, campaign, purpose or whatever suits you best. You can then filter the posts by labels, to see only posts that belong to a certain theme, a specific campaign or a particular purpose.
Fed up with jumping around among Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics and LinkedIn Company Page Analytics? Konzilo saves you the hassle. Just click on the chart icon in the top right corner. Shortly after you receive an email with a link to a report of everything you see on the timeline. Customize the report by zooming the timeline to desired time period and setting up an appropriate filter. What you see is what you get, truly. If you want drill deeper, the report provide links to download spreadsheets with all raw data.
It is easy to collaborate in Konzilo. To allow colleagues and agencies to see and work with your timeline, just add their email addresses and select the appropriate roles. Every post has a note area where you can leave messages to yourself or those you work with. Use the filter to see only your own or someone else’s post.
